Social Fever is a social media agency based in the Northern Rivers, NSW, Australia. We asked the team how Pallyy changed the way they plan and publish content for their growing client roster, and how they use the social media approval tool to keep clients in the loop.

Before Pallyy

What did your social media workflow look like before Pallyy?

Before Pallyy, we were bouncing between different scheduling platforms, constantly trying to find "the one" that would work for us. We were scheduling different accounts through different platforms, which meant our workflow was scattered and honestly, a bit of a mess to manage.

What was the biggest challenge you were experiencing before using Pallyy?

Not having an all-in-one platform was our biggest pain point. We needed somewhere we could schedule every client's relevant social media accounts in one place.

What tasks were taking the most time?

Manual posting, hands down! Stories, reels, carousels, across all of our clients... it really adds up.

What made you look for a new solution?

As our team was growing and social media itself was evolving to favour content like reels and carousels, manual posting just wasn't sustainable anymore. We couldn't justify the time it was taking.

Why did you choose Pallyy over other tools? What do you love most about Pallyy, and why?

It's genuinely user friendly and ticked every box for us. The interface is nice and clean, which makes planning content visually, a lot easier. But what's really kept us onboard is Tim and the team, they're so responsive and always open to feedback and improvements.

What features have become essential to your workflow?

Internal comments have been huge for us, along with external comments and client approvals. We also love that the Instagram grid is visible to both our team and our clients, it keeps everyone on the same page.

With Pallyy

How has your team's process changed?

We still do our high-level planning in a spreadsheet, but we can now do the the bulk of our content planning and execution all in Pallyy.

How much time has Pallyy saved you?

So much time. And it's not even just about the time saved, the quality of work we're able to produce for our clients has gone up so much too.

Has Pallyy helped you manage more clients/content?

Definitely. We can manage way more clients and multiple accounts for each of them, Facebook, TikTok, even YouTube!

What business impact has it had?

We probably wouldn't be able to manage the number of clients we currently have, in this amount of time, with this size team, if it wasn't for Pallyy. It's given us the space to grow without sacrificing quality or burning out our team.

What would you say to someone considering Pallyy?

If you're on the hunt for a platform that does it all, actually listens to your feedback while constantly evolving with the ever-changing social media world, Pallyy is it! It's user friendly, beautiful to look at (we're suckers for good design), and it's well priced too. Would recommend to any agency out there feeling the overwhelm we used to feel.
